Stock permitting, all orders are despatched within 24 hours (48 hours over a weekend) and should arrive to customers within 3-7 working days. If an item is out of stock Blodwen will keep you notified of the delay and despatch as soon as it comes back into stock.
The cost of delivery will be indicated to you at the time of order. Our UK delivery charges are described below, but due to the varied nature of our stock lines we may have to contact you after you have placed your order, with further advice or revisions to these costs.
Cost £5.50 per delivery address in the UK. Small parcels under 1750gm in weight. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 7 working days for your delivery.
48 HOUR DELIVERY
Cost £6.95 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order within two working days, providing we receive your order before 2.00pm.
EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Cost £9.50 per delivery address in the UK mainland. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next day, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon

Cost 12.50 per delivery, this is 48hr delivery service. For small parcels this will be revised and will be at cost for consignments that can go by royal mail. As an indication these post codes are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
Cost £7.50 per delivery address. This guarantees delivery of your order on a Saturday, providing we receive your order before 2.00pm on Thursday.
OVERSEAS & NON-MAINLAND UK
Postage is quoted for this service. Blodwen will provide you with your options on costs, services and delivery times before any carriage charges are applied to your order.

Blodwen's Returns Policy
Blodwen aims to supply high quality products and if for any reason you are not happy with the products that you receive you may return them within 14 working days of receipt. Blodwen will offer an exchange or, if you wish, a refund, provided that the products are returned within such 14 working day period, in their original condition, complete, unused, unwashed, and, in the case of products from the Pantry and The Organic Dispensary, with seals unbroken and with the original packaging and instructions.
To return any product to Blodwen please contact Blodwen's customer service team in advance, who will confirm how to make the return. Please return a copy or the original paperwork from the order and clearly indicate what action you require Blodwen to take and whether you want a refund or exchange, please provide Blodwen with any updated contact details that may be required so that Blodwen can resolve things quickly and efficiently. Pack the items up securely and safely in a parcel and include the paperwork as indicated above and clearly address the parcel and send it back to:

When returning items Blodwen strongly recommends that you use a recorded tracked delivery, and that you obtain and retain proof of posting and despatch. Blodwen cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
When you return a product to Blodwen, she will examine the returned products and will notify you of your entitlement to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
Refunds will be given on the following basis
(1) Where you have validly returned a product as above, Blodwen will refund the full amount paid by you for the product, including the cost of delivery to you. You will be responsible for returning the product to us at your own cost.
(2) Where you have validly returned a product which is a substitute product (not an exchange), Blodwen will refund the full amount paid by you for the, product cost of delivery to you, and reimburse the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the product.
(3) Where you have validly returned a product to us because it is defective or for some other reason for which we are responsible, Blodwen will refund the full amount paid by you for the product, including the cost of delivery to you, and reimburse the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the product.
(4) Where you have returned a product in circumstances other than those listed at (1) to (3) above (which includes rejecting a defective product more than a reasonable time after receipt), any refund will be at Blodwen's discretion.
If requested Blodwen may arrange for the collection of products and the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you.
Blodwen will process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day Blodwen receives the returned products as described above. We aim to make refunds using the same method as that used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note that for products bought as presents, refunds can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot prevent the original payer from being aware of the exchange.
